With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

30 Day Returns

We offer an extended 30 day return or exchange policy. Simply complete a returns form, send your items back to us in re-saleable condition and a full refund or exchange will be made. For returns received after the 30 day period a gift voucher for full purchase price will be offered if goods are in a re-saleable condition.


Returns can only be accepted with a completed returns form, please download the "Download Returns PDF" then print and complete.

  • We operate an extended returns policy of up to 30 days from purchase and 60 days for refund by gift voucher
  • During busy periods please allow 5-7 days for returns to be processed.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged by the customer.
  • Returned Items must include original tags attached and any packaging.
  • Please include the completed returns form and proof of purchase when returning any goods. We can only accept returns with proof of purchase and a completed returns form.

The Legal Information:

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2014, the customer has the right to a cooling off period of fourteen (14) business days, starting at the time goods are received, to cancel the contract and return said goods at their own expense, without having to give a reason. All returns can be indicated beforehand with THE MERCHANT customer service department. All goods must be returned to THE MERCHANT ADDRESS.

The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to contracts, orders for any goods made to your specification, any downloaded goods or unsealed goods including but not limited to (DVD, CD, Tapes, Software, Video and audio).

Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged, used or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging or missing tags. The customer can exercise this right to withdrawal without penalty, excepting the return fee for the goods. If the customer exercises the right to withdrawal, they have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses shall be the responsibility of the customer.

If the right to withdrawal is exercised, THE MERCHANT will make every effort to refund the customer within 30 days.

In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.

Please note we cannot accept returns for bespoke or made to order items such as custom bike builds and complete wheels. All wheels and wheel sets listed on our website are custom built to order.

International Delivery Customs Charges And International Returns

Dependant on the country there may be additional local taxes, VAT, Duty and customs charges. Our Courier will normally pay all these charges on behalf of the customer. The courier will then collect these fees from the customer plus an admin fee. THE MERCHANT is not responsible for any customs related charges unless a specific "Delivered Duty Paid" courier option has been pre-arranged.

In the event that a delivery is refused by a customer due to dispute or non payment payment of their country customs/taxes and the purchased items are returned to THE MERCHANT then the total of these charges plus any surcharges or return courier fees, plus any additional return taxes and customs charges plus the original shipping fee plus a re-stock fee of £30.00 will be deducted from any customer refund.

The pivot cycles mach 6 27.5 ride slx/xt coil is ideally suited for days spent playing at the bike park or competing in high-octane enduro races on technical trails. It's designed to offer speed and stability on rough ground, as well as supreme comfort, thanks to an impressive 160mm of front travel and 158mm of rear travel offered by its suspension, not to mention Fox live valve options.

The frame is built with aggressive geometry to up your pace, which is tailored as standard through pivot's hollow core moulding technology to offer the perfect ride to cyclists of all sizes. It may also be adjusted through the flip chip, which allows you to lower the bb setting on steep, technical terrain or raise it, to steepen the head angle for a reverse mullet setup or achieve better handling, while climbing or navigating root-covered ground and tight terrain.

The robust frame is capable of coping with shocks and impacts with aplomb, thanks to its construction from high grade carbon fibre and its super boost plus 157 rear spacing, which leads to improved tyre and mud clearance, better frame stiffness and a durable rear wheel.

This drives a performance enhancement for the 27.5 wheelset, which was chosen to allow this bike to build up speed more quickly, climb with better efficiency, and make quicker adjustments than it could with 29 wheels. At the same time as offering a fun, pacey ride, 27.5 wheels are extremely stable and capable of rolling over rough ground smoothly.

Meanwhile, the dw-link suspension, inspired by pivot's hardy phoenix dh bike, helps to smooth over bumps for a comfortable ride. The impressive travel offered by the combination of the plush marzocchi bomber cr shock, with its outstanding rebound and low speed compression, and the smooth, stiff, easily adjustable marzochhi bomber z1 grip fork will keep you from bottoming out and damaging your bike, while offering a smooth ride feel over uneven trails.

This outstanding chatter and impact management is enhanced by the Fox live valve electronically controlled suspension system. This can be turned on when required and controlled through the live valve bike app. It will monitor the ground you're riding over and automatically adjust the suspension to suit, guaranteeing an ultra-smooth ride even when you're pushing your limits.

As the terrain changes, the light, responsive Shimano SLX m7100 cassette and shifter will work harmoniously with the Shimano XT sgs rear derailleur to even out the levels of effort required to maintain your speed. And, if you need to stop in a hurry, the Shimano SLX m7120 4-piston brakes offer reliable, consistent action that frees you up to push your limits.
