Sorted Racegear Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with specialist personal retail experience in one of our stores. Simply order your items, select Click & Collect and pick up your item at a time that's convenient for you. Best of all the service is completely FREE!

1. Add your items to your basket

Use our website to browse our catalogue of products with stock availability. When you find the item you want simply add it to your basket like you usually would.

2. Checkout using Click & Collect

Scroll down and choose Click & Collect as your delivery method. Enter your postcode at the checkout to find your closest store.

3. Choose the store of your choice and collect your items

Choose a store of your liking, click continue and complete the rest of our standard checkout steps and you’re ready to collect your item in store.


Frequently Asked Questions

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!


How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you’ve ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact the store you have chosen to collect from in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection. 

How do I cancel/change my order?

If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes please contact the store directly, contact information can be found here. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction made with our online team.

How do I return my order?

Our normal returns policy applies to all Click & Collect orders, for more information see our returns policy. You can also return directly to the store.

Please note our sales team are unable to provide tracking information by phone, by using our email system you will be provided with a live tracking link if you have selected one of our tracked courier services at checkout.

Our Sales Lines Are Open Tuesday To Saturday 9AM to 1PM, call 01925 650050 for sales enquiries. During busy periods please email us and we can deal with your enquiry more efficiently. Please note our sales team are unable to provide order tracking updates by phone.

Stock Availabilty Messages

When you search for a product on our website our integrated stock system will show 3 levels of stock availability. Stock is calculated as a cumulative value based on all stores stock, race truck events stock, our own UK warehouse stock and brands who provide live stock feeds. Depending on the location of the stock it may not be possible to dispatch or collect same day. We only despatch orders via courier from our main Cheshire store.

"In Stock" This indicates there is stock available within our network. If you need to check if stock is immediately available for click and collect in our Cheshire store please check stock by clicking on the "CHECK STORE STOCK" button. (example image below)

"Special Order Available" This indicates that we may be able to source the item from our brands or importers, a rough estimate of leadtime may be displayed but before checking out your basket please always email us for an update on exact availability and a more accurate leadtime.

"Out Of Stock" This indicates no stock is available at our shop, within our own network or at our partner brands warehouse.

If you are planning on using our Click And Collect option at checkout or just browsing to check stock before visiting our stores please be sure to hit the "CHECK STORE STOCK" button for a product as shown below before making your journey. This will give an accurate indication if we have immediate stock in our main Cheshire store or if stock is available to reserve within our network. Our stock integration software will automatically estimate any extra days leadtime to transfer stock into our main Cheshire store for collection.
