Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

30 Day Returns

We offer an extended 30 day return or exchange policy. Simply complete a returns form, send your items back to us in re-saleable condition and a full refund or exchange will be made. For returns received after the 30 day period a gift voucher for full purchase price will be offered if goods are in a re-saleable condition.


Returns can only be accepted with a completed returns form, please download the "Download Returns PDF" then print and complete.

  • We operate an extended returns policy of up to 30 days from purchase and 60 days for refund by gift voucher
  • During busy periods please allow 5-7 days for returns to be processed.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged by the customer.
  • Returned Items must include original tags attached and any packaging.
  • Please include the completed returns form and proof of purchase when returning any goods. We can only accept returns with proof of purchase and a completed returns form.

The Legal Information:

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2014, the customer has the right to a cooling off period of fourteen (14) business days, starting at the time goods are received, to cancel the contract and return said goods at their own expense, without having to give a reason. All returns can be indicated beforehand with THE MERCHANT customer service department. All goods must be returned to THE MERCHANT ADDRESS.

The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to contracts, orders for any goods made to your specification, any downloaded goods or unsealed goods including but not limited to (DVD, CD, Tapes, Software, Video and audio).

Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged, used or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging or missing tags. The customer can exercise this right to withdrawal without penalty, excepting the return fee for the goods. If the customer exercises the right to withdrawal, they have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses shall be the responsibility of the customer.

If the right to withdrawal is exercised, THE MERCHANT will make every effort to refund the customer within 30 days.

In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.

Please note we cannot accept returns for bespoke or made to order items such as custom bike builds and complete wheels. All wheels and wheel sets listed on our website are custom built to order.

International Delivery Customs Charges And International Returns

Dependant on the country there may be additional local taxes, VAT, Duty and customs charges. Our Courier will normally pay all these charges on behalf of the customer. The courier will then collect these fees from the customer plus an admin fee. THE MERCHANT is not responsible for any customs related charges unless a specific "Delivered Duty Paid" courier option has been pre-arranged.

In the event that a delivery is refused by a customer due to dispute or non payment payment of their country customs/taxes and the purchased items are returned to THE MERCHANT then the total of these charges plus any surcharges or return courier fees, plus any additional return taxes and customs charges plus the original shipping fee plus a re-stock fee of £30.00 will be deducted from any customer refund.

Modelled on the brand's ews winning firebird bike, the pivot cycles shuttle lt 29 ride slx xt is designed to be a finessed, capable descender with the necessary travel to cushion you over rough tracks, with the bonus of a bit of extra pop on the ascent.

A Shimano ep8 drive unit, fed by a powerful 756wh battery, offers three power-assist modes to give you a boost over the uphill stretches, so you can save all your energy for practicing the downhill portion again and again to refine your performance.

The drive unit is positioned between the cranks, with the battery carefully integrated into the downtube, so that the centre of gravity is lowered to give you better handling and an outstanding ride feel, maximising your confidence and helping you to perform at your best. It offers 85nm of torque and 500w of maximum power, with three ride levels to speed your ascent, while dw-link suspension helps to counteract the effects of even the roughest surface.

The massive 160 mm of rear travel, with dual piston damper and pedal-friendly shock absorption, is paired with 170mm of front travel, courtesy of a specialist Fox performance e-mtb 38 grip fork. The latter delivers the stiffness, strength, support and tunability all enduro riders look for.

The robust and reliable aluminium 29" DT swiss hybrid h1900 wheelset, with ratchet ln technology and wide, high grip maxxis assegai tyres, will help you to corner efficiently, hold the trail and brake with ease. The strength of the wheels is reinforced by super boost plus spacing, which offers 30% greater stiffness than boost spacing, and will ensure they'll be able to stand up to any shocks and rattles along your route.

Meanwhile, the Shimano SLX m7100 shifter will work seamlessly with the reliable Shimano deore m6100 cassette and its matching rear derailleur to offer chain stability and easy, resistance free shifting. You'll therefore be able to climb comfortably and pedal with minimum effort as the trail surface and angle changes.

The lightweight e13 vario dropper seatpost will allow you to make tool-free adjustments to your seat height and stability on the fly, while the phoenix Pro e-bike saddle is sturdy enough to neutralise chatter while you're running at speed over uneven ground. Then, when it's time to slow up, you can count on the Shimano SLX m7120 4-piston disc brakes to act fast and keep you in full control.

Finally, the battery can be charged in situ, without any need to remove it, and should take under three and a half hours to charge. How far that charge will take you will depend on the level of assistance you use, your own weight and the layout of the terrain you decide to tackle. Expect there to be charge remaining after a three to four hour ride, though.
