Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

30 Day Returns

We offer an extended 30 day return or exchange policy. Simply complete a returns form, send your items back to us in re-saleable condition and a full refund or exchange will be made. For returns received after the 30 day period a gift voucher for full purchase price will be offered if goods are in a re-saleable condition.


Returns can only be accepted with a completed returns form, please download the "Download Returns PDF" then print and complete.

  • We operate an extended returns policy of up to 30 days from purchase and 60 days for refund by gift voucher
  • During busy periods please allow 5-7 days for returns to be processed.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged by the customer.
  • Returned Items must include original tags attached and any packaging.
  • Please include the completed returns form and proof of purchase when returning any goods. We can only accept returns with proof of purchase and a completed returns form.

The Legal Information:

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2014, the customer has the right to a cooling off period of fourteen (14) business days, starting at the time goods are received, to cancel the contract and return said goods at their own expense, without having to give a reason. All returns can be indicated beforehand with THE MERCHANT customer service department. All goods must be returned to THE MERCHANT ADDRESS.

The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to contracts, orders for any goods made to your specification, any downloaded goods or unsealed goods including but not limited to (DVD, CD, Tapes, Software, Video and audio).

Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged, used or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging or missing tags. The customer can exercise this right to withdrawal without penalty, excepting the return fee for the goods. If the customer exercises the right to withdrawal, they have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses shall be the responsibility of the customer.

If the right to withdrawal is exercised, THE MERCHANT will make every effort to refund the customer within 30 days.

In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.

Please note we cannot accept returns for bespoke or made to order items such as custom bike builds and complete wheels. All wheels and wheel sets listed on our website are custom built to order.

International Delivery Customs Charges And International Returns

Dependant on the country there may be additional local taxes, VAT, Duty and customs charges. Our Courier will normally pay all these charges on behalf of the customer. The courier will then collect these fees from the customer plus an admin fee. THE MERCHANT is not responsible for any customs related charges unless a specific "Delivered Duty Paid" courier option has been pre-arranged.

In the event that a delivery is refused by a customer due to dispute or non payment payment of their country customs/taxes and the purchased items are returned to THE MERCHANT then the total of these charges plus any surcharges or return courier fees, plus any additional return taxes and customs charges plus the original shipping fee plus a re-stock fee of £30.00 will be deducted from any customer refund.

The pivot cycles shuttle sl 29 Pro x01 is an e-bike with crisp steering, especially designed to bring the energy and agility of a trail bike to the electric sector. Unusually light for an e-bike, with a drive unit weighing just 4.2kg, it will give you the powerful assistance that you need to extend your range, along with the lively feel that got you hooked on trail riding in the first place.

The fazua ride 60 motor/battery unit, integrated into the downtube so that it's close to the bike's centre of gravity for better handling, provides 60nm of torque and 450w of maximum power with the help of a 430w/hr battery. It offers boost mode, along with three pedal assist levelsâto helpâyou cycle at a consistent pace on rolling terrain,âwhile dw-linkâ suspension helps to counteract the effects of even the roughest surface.

The 132mm of rear travel, with dual piston damper and pedal-friendly shock absorption, is paired with 150mm of front travel, courtesy of a specialist Fox factory e-mtb 38 grip2 fork. The latter delivers the stiffness, smooth action, quality damping and tunability that trail and cross-country cyclists look for, in a robust package that is up to the task of handling the weight of an e-bike.

Meanwhile, the light, all-mountain aluminium 29 DT swiss xm1700 wheelset, with strong maxxis dissector tyres, balances weight and strength with aplomb to help the bike stand up to any terrain you care to try it on. The super-precise SRAM x01 eagle shifter works seamlessly with the matching derailleur, with its superior chain management ability, to control the function of the light SRAM xg-1275 cassette. This will work hard all day to give you optimal shifting performance and allow you to tackle the hardest climbs on your bucket list.

The light, tight and durable, kashima coated Fox transfer factory series dropper seatpost is easy to service and will let you spend more time on the trails rather than in the garage, while the comfortable but extra-light phoenix wtb volt Pro saddle is easy to shift about on but will hold you firmly in position when needed, even in the wet. Then, when it's time to check your speed, you can count on the reliable Shimano XT m8120 4-piston disc brakes to do their job at the critical moment.

Finally, the battery can be charged in situ, without any need to remove it, and should take under three and a half hours to charge. How far that charge will take you will depend on the level of assistance you use, your own weight and the layout of the terrain you decide to tackle. Expect there to be charge remaining after a three to four hour ride with 1,000m of climbing, though.
