With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

30 Day Returns

We offer an extended 30 day return or exchange policy. Simply complete a returns form, send your items back to us in re-saleable condition and a full refund or exchange will be made. For returns received after the 30 day period a gift voucher for full purchase price will be offered if goods are in a re-saleable condition.


Returns can only be accepted with a completed returns form, please download the "Download Returns PDF" then print and complete.

  • We operate an extended returns policy of up to 30 days from purchase and 60 days for refund by gift voucher
  • During busy periods please allow 5-7 days for returns to be processed.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged by the customer.
  • Returned Items must include original tags attached and any packaging.
  • Please include the completed returns form and proof of purchase when returning any goods. We can only accept returns with proof of purchase and a completed returns form.

The Legal Information:

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2014, the customer has the right to a cooling off period of fourteen (14) business days, starting at the time goods are received, to cancel the contract and return said goods at their own expense, without having to give a reason. All returns can be indicated beforehand with THE MERCHANT customer service department. All goods must be returned to THE MERCHANT ADDRESS.

The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to contracts, orders for any goods made to your specification, any downloaded goods or unsealed goods including but not limited to (DVD, CD, Tapes, Software, Video and audio).

Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged, used or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging or missing tags. The customer can exercise this right to withdrawal without penalty, excepting the return fee for the goods. If the customer exercises the right to withdrawal, they have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses shall be the responsibility of the customer.

If the right to withdrawal is exercised, THE MERCHANT will make every effort to refund the customer within 30 days.

In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.

Please note we cannot accept returns for bespoke or made to order items such as custom bike builds and complete wheels. All wheels and wheel sets listed on our website are custom built to order.

International Delivery Customs Charges And International Returns

Dependant on the country there may be additional local taxes, VAT, Duty and customs charges. Our Courier will normally pay all these charges on behalf of the customer. The courier will then collect these fees from the customer plus an admin fee. THE MERCHANT is not responsible for any customs related charges unless a specific "Delivered Duty Paid" courier option has been pre-arranged.

In the event that a delivery is refused by a customer due to dispute or non payment payment of their country customs/taxes and the purchased items are returned to THE MERCHANT then the total of these charges plus any surcharges or return courier fees, plus any additional return taxes and customs charges plus the original shipping fee plus a re-stock fee of £30.00 will be deducted from any customer refund.

The ses 2.2 underwent in-frame development in the mercedes gp-petronas wind tunnel in order to define the final shape of the rim, optimising aerodynamics and stability in real-world conditions.

As with all enve rims, the ses 2.2 derives its name from the depths of its front and rear rims (25mm), but unlike other wheels in the range, symmetric front and rear rim geometries were chosen to best achieve the goal of lightweight climbing performance.

To match the wheelset's uphill prowess on fast descents, the ses 2.2 features enve's full-carbon moulded braking track, a textured surface that achieves incredible stopping power and equal performance in wet and dry conditions. The design also means braking force at the levers is decreased by 30% compared to the previous generation brake track, allowing you to control speed with confidence on technical descents.

The ses 2.2 has a rim weight of 410g, with a wheelset weighing 1360g (tubeless) or just 1200g (tubular) when built around chris king r45 hubs.

With 27mm wide rims, the ses 2.2 has been developed for 25mm tyres. For the clincher version, enve has utilised advances in road tyre and frame technologies to add user-friendly tubeless compatibility, giving real gains in rolling resistance, comfort, traction and a reducedchance of flat tyres.
